Kid Rock thinks he knows why the birth rate in the United States is declining. During an appearance on Fox News, the musician, whose real name is Robert James Richie, said “ugly a– broke crazy liberal women” are to blame. The topic came up after Jesse Watters asked him if he ever sees people with “blue hair” or “female armpit hair” at his concerts.
In response, Kid Rock mentioned the declining birth rate in the US and said that he just figured out the reason for it. “We have this low birth rate in America,” he said. “It all makes sense. It just hit me right now: Who’s gonna sleep with these ugly a– broke crazy deranged TDS liberal women?”
Jesse laughed at this explanation. Kid Rock went on to criticize the people who attend anti-Donald Trump rallies. “I mean, you look at these rallies, it’s like a bunch of women that no guy wants to sleep with, and a bunch of dudes that want to sleep with each other,” he said.
While some people on social media agreed with Kid’s stance, others argued the opposite, suggesting that the birth rate might actually be declining because of men like Kid Rock.
“Kid Rock himself is responsible for a big part of the low birth rate, because one look at that f—er puts women off sex for years,” one person argued on X.
Another person wrote, “We have low birth rates because women don’t want to sleep with someone as ugly as kid rock.”
While many people took jabs at his appearance, others suggested it’s actually his politics that might be responsible for the declining birth rate. Kid Rock is a longtime Trump supporter who might be dating Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert.
One person argued: “No, women are tired of men like kid rock! They want partners; men don’t want to do the hard work!”
Another critic also pointed out that the musician only has one child. “Kid Rock has ONE child,” they wrote. “ONE. If he is so worried about the low birth rate, why didn’t he have 5 or 6? Could it be that he is so ugly that no one wanted to have more kids with him?”
Though Kid Rock’s comments definitely garnered a lot of backlash, some found them humorous. “He isn’t wrong,” one person argued.
