Just days after the finale of American Idol Season 23, talented singers John Foster and Breanna Nix have marked major milestones in their music careers.

Both are set to make their debuts at the Grand Ole Opry — one of country music’s most iconic stages — and have found early success on the country music charts.

John will share the stage with legendary artists such as Bill Anderson, the award-winning group Old Crow Medicine Show, and Mark Wills. Before this, he also announced his first post-Idol public appearance at the Cajun Country Jam over Memorial Day Weekend. John expressed his determination and faith, saying:

“I once felt like I’d never be good enough, but I’ve proven myself wrong. Being runner-up is just the first step in what God has planned for me, and I can’t wait to see what’s next.”

Breanna Nix: Celebrating a Major Career Milestone After Placing Third

Meanwhile, 25-year-old Texas mom Breanna Nix, who finished third this season, is celebrating a huge achievement. She announced that she will make her Grand Ole Opry debut on June 5. On social media, Breanna wrote:

As part of the Grand Ole Opry’s 100th anniversary celebrations, Breanna will perform alongside stars like Steven Curtis Chapman, Sara Evans, and Brandon Lake — a Contemporary Christian artist who also appeared on American Idol this season. Her debut single, “Higher,” topped the iTunes country charts shortly after the finale.

Breanna will also perform at the 19 Recording showcase during CMAFest in Nashville, joining other American Idol finalists like John Foster, Thunderstorm Artis, Gabby Samone, and Kolbi Jordan.
