Nobody expected a 10-year-old to sing like this – Courtney Hadwin’s performance of ‘I Have Nothing’ shook the roo

Before she ever made waves on America’s Got Talent or hit the stage as a confident rock powerhouse, Courtney Hadwin was already turning heads at just 10 years old.

The young singer delivered a jaw-dropping performance of Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing”—a song that’s left even seasoned professionals trembling.

With incredible projection and raw emotion well beyond her years, Courtney held one of the wildest notes ever heard from a child singer. Her voice, though young, carried the weight of something timeless.

The performance, now resurfacing online, is a powerful reminder that some stars don’t wait to rise—they shine from the start.

From the very first note, Courtney’s control and emotion felt almost otherworldly. She didn’t just sing the song—she lived it.

And when she reached the final chorus, her vocal power shook the room, leaving everyone speechless. It was the kind of performance that gives you goosebumps and stays with you long after the last note fades.

Flash forward to 2025, and that same 10-year-old is now a 19-year-old artist gearing up for her biggest summer yet.

This week, Courtney surprised fans with an early morning livestream filled with updates, laughter, and a cameo from her dog, Teddy. “This one’s different from ‘DNA,’” she told fans. “It’s smoother, darker, more emotional. I’ve had so many people message me saying it hit them hard even before it’s out.”
